Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i have a property which is undivided property. now i want to bifurcate the property and want seperate khata. the other owner is my relative an he is enjoying all the rent and i m not receiving any rent. can i suit a notice against him for partition of property and can i get share of rent which he has already taken?

you may file a suit for partition and recovery of mesne profits.
