Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Property("wada" bungloew made of wooden n soil) which was own by my grandfather (who has 5 son n 1 daughter he and his 4 sons where living there. one son died in accident and my father n family never live in that property. my father expire 5 years back. we file case against them and won that case. we got around 1/5 part of that property. 4 uncles and there families are still living there.our lawyer said he will send notice to them if they fail to answer it city survey officer will be provided which will divide property. hope you understood situation. :) my qeustions are: 1. what will happened if they ans to notice or if they not ans to notice 2. how we will get our part in property 3. if property get divided how we will get our part? 4. will that part be good part of property as other 4 families occupies almost whole property in that case how we will get out part. 5.my fahter is expier i stays in other city i am worried abt those ppl will harm my mother n sister/brother ..anything else wich you can tell related to it thank you very much :):)
