our property worth 6 crores came under auction during feb for just 37 lakhs.our advocate cased na file to stop auction and it is proceeding vaithas.how many we can extend sir we will be needing atleast 5yrs to ready that amount.can it be done if we speak to the advocate

how can a property worth 6 cr be auctioned for lacs. you may approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal and seek a stay against the sale and permission to fetch a buyer yourself. in case it is under sarfaesi act, you may not get such a long time to repay the debt.
