our property worth 6 crores was to be auctioned for just 37 lakhs.our adv. had filed a stay by order21 rule11(2) of cpc.when i asked lawguru,they replied to meet debt recovery tribunal. where to meet in chennai .court case is in tiruvallur.we have no idea to sell our property because we are running a church in that property.prl decree was passed on 10.07.2007 , fd was passed on 5.o82009 and whether any appeal preferred from decree was nil .will we able to extend our case till 5 yrs kindly help us brother as i have no father
