Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I propose to lease my land for only five years and at any cost the tenant should not refuse to vacate the land by saying any reason. I need the clarifications about
1) Can I insert this clause in the lease deed?
2) Is it necessary to get register this deed?

You may insert whatever clauses you find appropriate.
However, despite clauses, if a tenant refused to abide by, then only option is to approach court.
