2. Fees
i) Registration.
ii) Transfer of Property fee.
iii) Professional fee.
iv) Other taxations, if any.
3. Non-Encumbrance Certificate.
4. Fard for sale or other evidence of title.
5. NOC in case of society.
6. Chain Deeds, such as old title deed, power of attorney, if any etc.
7. Agreement to Sell between the parties.

Your statement is not clear. The requirements may vary as per category of the property - residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural. The requirement may also vary as per title of the owner - leasee, absolute owner, conditional lease etc. Again, the owner's title may have clogs.
