Public notice - Property title clearence
I am buying a house in Reselling.
The current owner has taken a bank loan which is currently on going, I am also taking a bank loan from the same bank (Axis) and the bank will deduct the owners oustanding loan amount.
In this senario do I need to get a Property title clearence done by giving an advertisement in the newspaper ? What are the legal benifits of getting the title clearence done ?

Advt in News Paper is not title clearance.
Title Investigation is done to ascertain whether property is free, clear and marketable.
Please consult your lawyer for the detailed procedure.
