Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have purcahsed a resale flat in 2006, but I came to know that This flat was stilt parking area, builder had made a flat and sold to first purchaser then I purchased from him.My question is if it is stilt parking area shown in society drawing, in future society can take action on this? I paying maintence on my flat. If society will take action what I can do? please explain. I purchsed the flat on loan from bank. What I get trouble in future? Please advice me

before purchasing, you should have gone through the society papers and drawings. however, action or no action on the part of authority solely depends upon time.
