Dear Madam,

The outgoing member who sold the flat to you has to fill the form for notice of resignation of membership of the Society under the bye-law No. 27(a) - Standard format as per Appendix 13 of the printed bye-laws.

You will fill and submit standard formats Appendix 3 and Appendix 4 to the Society. The Secretary of the Society is required to issue the reply as per standard format Appendix 12 of the printed bye-laws on the Society's letterhead.

dear client...

The person who sold you the flat should obtain NOC from society and give to you....

ask the seller to do so...nor issue a legal notice to the seller as well as the society....
