Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have purchase the flat in vashi juhugaon under "gaothan" area. i have registered agreement with sub registrar of assurance. but any of the bank can not give me the loan on this property.
1) what is the legal impact on these property?.
2) whether this property is legal or not?
3) what is the document & procedure required with gaothan property
