Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have purchase home from Lalsing who has Power of attorney( not register but written in stamp). Owner of property in Manoj( all the home document on manoj) and Mahendra has invested in that property

and i have purchase home from lalsing. but right now manoj dont want to done agreement for sale but lalsing has give power of attorney to me and i have paid to lalsing. so i have filed case against manoj and mahendra and lalsing. so what should be decision of court.

i have filed case in collector office, customer welfare forum and commissioner of police. and from last 03 years i live in this property.
