Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I want to purchase a house in Hyderabad. So we found a house. We paid the amount to the seller(15 lakhs) as a cash.He gave the reciept to us.But we came to know that the house is a gift from his father. Now we don't want that house. So we demanded the amount paid to the seller. He gave a bank check to us.We don't have any other evidence other than reciept and check. We deposited the check in the bank.It is bounced.Would some one advice how to het our money back.
