I purchase a office in commercial scheme but the revised N.A. permission for commercial apply and the Authority give a commercial N.A after few month, Residential permission gave by same Authority in 1994. So i can registred a sale deed in registrar office? Any bank give me a lone on said office? Any problem purchase this property?

Yes you can register, About bank you have to approach the banks, No problem in pruchasing the proepry.
