I am willing to purchase old property that is not owned by the seller, he is the tenant sence las 50 years. want to know the leagal process.

A tenant can never be the owner of the property.....even he may have stayed for 100 years.... the true owner is the person in whose name the documents are..." The title of property " So advisible not to purchase from the tenant ...
