Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I want to purchase a resale flat in Pune area.Have liked one, but the owner doesnt have any papers .She says she has lost the property papers.She pays the property tax every year and also has MSEB bill on her name.What is the procedure to get her papers and what all points are required to check in that before buying the flat?

it this house is registred or not who is actual autority of this one check it 1st then go furthur.

Get certified copies. Try to find out whether originals have been used for creating equitable mortgage by causing appropriate public notices. Consider making local inquiry. Take all such other suitable steps as required in the facts and circumstances of the matter as per advice of your lawyer.
