Legal Question in Real Estate Law in

i am going to purchase a second sale flat. That flat owner given a power attorney to a distant relationship persons. My question is that Power of Attorney can given only a blood relationship party.?

If my flat owner have not a blood relationship power of attorney. This case registrar allow to register this flat ????

the power of attorney need not be executed in favour of blood relation only and can be executed in favour of anyone but the same has to be registered with the stamp duty as per the value of property paid. unless a lawyer go through the power of attorney, it is not safe to opine.
