I purchased agriculture land with registered sale deed in 1998 and made boundary around it. and other person have ikrarnama for same land of year 1995 uit not issuing us lease deed because he declared disputed land what i should do

the dispute needs to be resolved by the court. any of you may approach the court for declaration of title.
