I purchased agriculture land on unregistered power of attonery at panvel by cheque payment in 2006. And now in 2010 got a sale deed registered by the POA holder but now the landowners are objecting and not signing the book for transfer of name in 7/12 and other extracts. they have put an objection at the thesildar office. What will be the status will i loose the land if we go legally.

Depends on several factors, for which you need to consult your lawyer with all the relevant papers.

However, broadly speaking, if you have made payments to the land owners and have an agreement and power of attorney and thereafter power of attorney holder of the land owners executes and registers a sale deed, then there should not be any problem even if land owners file an objection for mutation of your name to 7/12 extract.
