Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have purchased 2 consecutive plots in BMRDA approved layout in bangalore.Although layout is BMRDA approved ,khata of all the property is with panchayat.Now I want to construct building on these plots.is it sufficient to convert 2 khatas to single khata from panchayat and get plan approved from them.OR do I need to get amalgamation done in BMRDA and also plan appproved from them.Please note that all other villas have got plan approved from panchayat only.

Please check terms of allotment or sale of plots by BMRDA to you and act accordingly.
