Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have an purchased an under construction 1 BHK appartment in Jaipur and I have also received the sales deed on 100 Rs. stamp paper duly signed by all the partners. I have made 30% payment as per payment structure provided by the developer. In between the construction work was completely halted and also the developer has sold the under construction to the other developer. Now currently, I have learnt that property is not getting further constructed and the new developer has taken the loan against the construction of property and has gone out of country. I have also learnt that the other partners are in the jail and the under constructed property is still lying as it is. I don't know how to go about claiming my refund or I don't know if the said construction will ever be completed as it is almost more than 4 years now.

You may be in soup like other investors. There is hardly any way out for you except to wait for good times.
