Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have purchased flat from builder. I agreed to pay parking lot amount at the time of possession .so builser didnt include parking in sale agreement .my agreement does not contains parking allocation. now i am going to pay parking amount to builder, but he is giving only parking allotment letter on his firm letterhead. because according to new law ,builder can not sell parking space. is it legal ? or there is any other method ( registration/notary)to make it legal.
what will be the case when i sell my flat in future? how should i transfer my parking to buyer?

Make an addendum to your main agreement and at parking are in it. You need to register it also.
