Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I had purchased a flat from the builder for which was duly registered.
On his letterhead he charged me an amount of Rs. 1.5 lacs against parking. which did not form the part of the registered agreement.
Now how do i sell the parking to the new purchaser
Will i have to enter into 2 agreement i.e. for flat and for parking seperately.
Kindly advice.

then you are not sold parking and the builder extracted 1.5 lacs from you.
