Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have purchased a flat in delhi, i paid ninty percent amount and the sellers (individual) agent has received the amount by cheque (some on his name & some on owners name) but now the agent and the owner is reluctant to prepaire the documents, i have the posession of falt, The agent is a govt. servant so we trusted him. Please advice

it would depend whether or not you hold the registered agreement to sell in your favour from the owner. There was no reason to pay in favour of sellers' agent. be as that it may, you have to give better particulars to get detailed opinion.
however, it is in your interest to retain possession.
