Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I purchased a flat in mumbai in under construction now the building is almost complete and its ready for possession and for O.C related builder is saying he will get in 1 month and he is asking for electric deposit chrs 25000/=, 2 yrs adv maintaince chrs 80000/=, and for formation of society 50000/= all in cash can builder all this amount in cash without mentioning in Sell agreement.

Builder can not claim what has not been provided in the agreement.
If there is something not provided in the agreement, but required to be done as per rules/law, then the builder and flat purchaser should enter into a supplemental agreement to record this and then proceed further.
