Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have purchased a flat in Panvel. On the sale deed, the title of my name has been prefixed with Mrs instead of Miss. Can I know the various options available to rectify this and the cost incurred in rectifying this.

Simplest way to correct the error is to execute and register necessary Deed of Correction.
Costs vis-a-vis stamp duty and registration charges are the minimum applicable. Lawyer fees depends on lawyer.
