I had purchased one flat in 2010 seeing the rates going up the person who sold me the started asking me return his flat back.

firstly i took that flat on rent with 3 lacs deposit, for three years, no rent.

then he asked me 2 lacs loan which i gave him.

then again he asked 4 lacs loan gi ving signing a MOU that if he will not return the loan amount 0f 6 lacs the room will be sold for me at a price of 15 lacs.

after 2 years the Vijaya bank officials served me a notice to vacate the flat in seven days as he had not paid EMIs of Housing loan under Sarfaesi Act.he was an emplyee of the bank and was not going to work.

I filed a case in DRT court, as he was not coming to the court the court asked me to pay the dues of the bank after seeing all my papers which i produced.

SOCIETY TRANSFER PAPERS

I agreed to pay the dues and paid in the court as per direction.

After that i registered the documents in OLD CUSTOM and paid the charges.

After 3 months he started harrasing my family,fighting with my son and me and one day after heavy drinking with his friends that person broke the door of my flat,at athat time my wife was in the room only seeing them drunk she did not open the door after breaking they beat my wife and threw my fridge and some furniture out of my flat as my son and i was out that time.

my wife was shocked and she was tensed and was not ready to stay there.

i took a flat at rent in some other area after locking that flat.

now i came to know that he has broken the lock and entered in the room.

please advice me what to do as i am very tensed.and whom should i contact.

please help me and my family.

File complaint with the Police with the help of a lawyer.
