Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I had purchased a flat in a regd society from the first buyer, his original documents (agreemnet,stamp duty, registration recpt) are with me, i had paid the full stamp duty and registered the document with sub-registrar with society's certificate aboutthe original owner,area etc. previously i have not taken noc from the society now after registration i had come to know that the fellow from whom i had purchased the flat has many outside liability and given promisory notes which are related to the flat but no sign of registration of lien in society, society has recd letters from advocates

my question is can any one claim the property all the original documents with possesion letter from seller is with me, society transfer is balance

can anyone call for stay on transfer

pls help

society flat could have been on lien only with the written permission from the society which also has to be confirmed by registrar societies. since nothing has been in the case in hand, you are secured and the flat cannot be attached
