we had purchased a flat in resale mode at aanand gujarat.we paid the stampduty fully,but due to the transaction was through power of attorney, the stamp duty verification dept. had asked some verifications regarding POI thatthey had despatched tothe boththe parties of POI. But my question is both the parties of POI are not answering the questions so the impact is we are not able to change the name at citysurveyoffice documents . what should i do now?

Stamp duty dept and city survey office are different.
If you mean to say notice of mutation issued by city survey office has not be replied, then no reply is contemplated against such notice. Such notice is for giving opportunity to the concerned parties to lodge their objection, if any. If no objection is lodged within 15 days, then City Survey office would proceed with next step of mutation proceedings.
