Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i had purchased a new flat one year before , i am leaving their since then, but still not received possession letter, i have agreement, society is formed and i am also paying maintainance chgs from one year. kindly let me know consequance if i will not received possession letter ever

you may check your deed of purchase of flat. That must have incorporated the possession in it.
