Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

if some one had purchased a garden flat on ground floor, in which garden is marked with flat in agrement and 1/3 area of garden is alson shown in total flat agrement,so is it illegal for a flat owner to put a shed on his garden area for his convienence from getting garbage from upper floor or he need any permission to build a shed from anyone

No you do not need any permission from any one... as the area is yours so ur free to do any thing you feel like ... it must not disturb anyone else ... thats alll

Do you have society ....... if yes then just inform the society that you are doing so stating the reasons...

Check bye-laws of the society as also regulation of the local authority like municipal council or municipal corporation and act accordingly.
