i have purchased a independant house ,The documents are in my name ,at the time of obtaining a housing loan ,I have included my brother as a co applicant ,i am paying the installments ,is my brother eligible for claims in the propertyat the time of sale ?

Dear client...
no ur brother is not eligible for any cliams in the property at time time of sale...do see that loan is paid from ur account only and not ur brother
