Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

we purchased 8 marla land 3years ago,then we constructed house,now a person whose land adjacent to us,now sold to someone else claiming this land belongs to him,to whom he sold his land, mention our house adjacent to the plot,what we can do he filed a court case against us,what we can do now,we have invested whole life's saving in our house.we are suffering without any fault of ours,we asked our landowner regarding this,he said the land/plot he sold to us belong to him,what we can do now?when we are constructed our house nobody claim at that time about the lands ownership

what is the basis of neighbourer's claim? Did you get the title examined when you purchased the property? He must have filed the documents in the court. You get them examined through a lawyer and then have fact based advice
