Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have purchased one property in new delhi ,this property was earlier divided through decree among 2 sister and 1 brother .it was decided by court to give 2/3 undivided share to 2 sisters which was sold to me by sisters and the undivided possession is with me and the 1/3 remains with brother .my question is that i want to mark the area of sisters in plot which 2/3 i have purchased ,will i have to take consent of brother in that or i can take the partition area starting from either side as ordered by legal authority please tell the legal formalities involved .

kindly email the copy of the court order.
May be, if you have proceeded with purchaser before actual partition was effected.
Because after effecting a partition, shares of all parties are identified by separate boundaries.
