Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have purchased a property from a land owner. but the property 7-12 utara says that there are two owners. A & B. i have purchased from A. but now for getting my land seperated i need a sign of B which they are not giving. what to do as my money is blocked. please help me the legal way out for this.

i tried to speak to B who says that we not sign u do what ever u want.

You may approach a court with suit for partion with prayer for separate share and possession.
