I have purchased the property in 2008. This property was mortagage in the bank berfore sold to me. Now the bank selling this property under sarfaesi act. what should i do because i am a bonafide purchaser. The property who has mortage the property has sold to the person from whom i have bought

Bank's right may be prior to your rights. You may your legal remedies under civil and criminal law. You are entitled to refund of the money you paid with damages; and also seek his criminal prosecution under fraud, IF YOU WERE NOT AWARE OF THE MORTGAGE at the time of sale.
