Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I Had purchased resale 1BHK flats in 1994 from Mr.x, PR Card is on my name registy copy available, Now I have applied for bank loan on that property but bank is asking original copy of registy which had been done between builder and old flat owner which is not available with me.xerox copy of front page is with me. what I have to do now?

Get a certified copy from the registry.
