Dear Sir / Madam,
As I understand from your query, you have settled the full consideration for the resale flat purchased by you to the seller and the builder and taken possession of your flat. If your flat is in a building with 10 or more other flats in the building, your next task ideally should be to form a co-operative housing society of all the members, if a co-operative housing society is not already in existence. If the prevailing rules require you to get the flat registered with the local Ghaziabad District authority, it is in your interest to comply with this formality.

Check local laws applicable to the area for sale of flats/apartments and act accordingly.
