Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i had purchased room from person make a sale deed and made payment but before sale comes into force that person dies with wife in accident leving behind two daughters one major 18 yrs completed and one minor 16 yrs with guardians as a grandfather.now i had problem having room transfer into my name what can i do now whats procedure for that

you can ask the legal heirs to seek succession certificate regarding the property and then sell the same to you.
