Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i purchased a site about 20 years back. now my vendor sold my site to somebody. what can i do?

Your question is confusing. On the one hand you say you have purchased a site 20 years back it means you are the owner of the site . How come your seller/vendor can sell something which they dont own to some one else ? Please clarify.
