Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
as a purchaser of a residential flat do we have the rights to obtain the necesary legal set,blue print copy,title clearance certificate & title search report & any other proofs before completing & executing the agreement for our safety??we have paid the booking amt..& can we go for changes in agreement draft due to some clauses mentioned in the draft which may go against us as a purchaser...the property is under construction..
