Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am purchasing property with a person who is having power of attorney of the property. on whose name the cheque shall be issued. The person who is having power of attrney or the person who has given power of attorney?

for this you need to go through the POA ... as per the clause mention you can decide weather whome to pay the cheque...
