Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

On the below question (already asked), can separate release deeds be made (some in Delhi, some in Dehradun)? Will it allow smooth mutation of the property?

Hi Lawguru Team,

There is a commercial property in Dehradun (Uttarakhand) in the name of my grandfather who died without any will. There are 4 heirs. All of them are willing to leave their share in my favor for a consideration. My query is:

1) Is release deed/relinquishment deed a good option considering my tauji/buaji are involved?

2) Can I get the release deed for the property in Delhi as 2 of them reside in Delhi?

3) What should be the denomination of the stamp paper in that case.

Thanks,
