hi, The question in demand is " what to do in case of incompetent and mentally stressed person 58 year old, who has never earned a single penny for himself and the family and keeps forgetting things after a while. Family is suffering coz of this and now would like to sell inherited property (from his father); which they have a buyer already.
there are 3 daughters in a family to be married soon as they have almost finished their studies; so they want to sell a house for their weddings and invest the balance savings for later stage.
what can be done in this case; as the father is unable to understand the situation at all ? is there any law to transfer power of attorney to wife's name or daughters in this kind of scenario.
kindly reply with the possible procedure; so to avoid more delay and suffering.

If Owner is of unsound mind, one has to obtain permission from court to sell his property.
