Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I want ask a question regarding judgement of Supreme Court dated 11 October 2011 for new guidelines of General Power of Attorney.

1. My mother have a plot in delhi with registered GPA. My mother give GPA to younger brother on 23.12.2011 (after Supreme Court Judgement) afterthat brother sell this plot without consent of my mother.

Now my question is can this deal is valid as per Supreme Court judgement dated 11 October 2011. Can i challange to this deal in the court.

What is the main point of this Judgement.
