Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My question are as under (between landlord and tenants)

1)We are living as tenant from last 45 years

2)case is pending in the court since 1951

3)case is in the court due to landlords family matters not because of tenants

4)court is collecting rent from tenants

5) some tenants were buy and sold the property since 40-45 years not transferred in the tenants name.

6) Presently landlord grand children are exists and tenants grand children are exist.

Please explain that landlord grand children have right to vacate OR tenants who are staying since 40-45 year have right to stay there.

Also can we check the status if case online its 1951 case

Thanks

Sohan

Tenant may be staying since 100 years but his status remain of tenant and he cannot occupy the tenanted premises as an owner. He cannot even raise the plea of adverse possession or Pagdi.
