Hello, I have one question: As a lessee in a cooperative housing society can I give a guarantee( covenent of warranty) for a land title that my purchaser is asking , when creating a conveyance deed. He is insisting on it .What is a solution for this problem. Again I am only a lessee in a tenent ownership housing society... Thanks ..Vijay

there is no such obligation on you to do the same.

What you are proposing is not clear.
In case you are transferring your leasehold rights, then usual warranties or guarantees of title are required to be given by Transferor to Transferee.
