Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hello my question is that we Owen a pagdi system house in building.

it was in the name of my Grandmother who was leaving with my elder uncle at his place.

We have a family �will" where this padgi house is in name of my father.

now my grandmother and my father is no more, and the landlord asking for transfer of this flat to my mother name by paying 33% of heavy amount which we can�t not afford at all.

We are still receiving the rent receipt to my grandmother name!!

What shall I do now to transfer to my mom name??

Is this Legal?? Or what happen in case of reconstruct of building?? pls reply

You need to find out from your lawyer about inheritance of tenancy and act accordingly.
