question on ownership
I m made 2 understand that inspite of having regd. deed in my name I can b declared owner of the property ONLY if I PROVE THAT THE CONDIDERATION 4 THE PURCHASE of the property was ALSO PROVIDED MY ME. THE REGD. SALE DEED CAN ALSO b challenged on the ground that that the consideration 4 the purchase of the property was not provided my me but was provided by father(since deceases) as I was not having any means of earning when the property was acquired.
