Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My question is about property.We are joint family,with my father being elder. I have two paternal uncle.All properties on my Granpa name. My father built a home with his own money, and he allowed my uncle family to live there and we moved to chennai. but when we are back after 10 years,they are(My uncles) asking for partision from house. Since my father has built it using his own money,this isnt fair for them to ask it. My grandpa is growing old and no one respect his decision. I dont like it. I wanna know it there is any legal procedure wich i could follow.

No you can not do any thing .

its better to make partition and give share to all...

Your Grand Dad is alive and the property is in his name. Your father is 1/3rd share holder of this property with his brothers if your Grand Dad dies intestate . Your Grand Dad can Wiil ,sell or gift to anyone in his life time ,your Dad cannot stop him despite spending the money on construction. Your Dad has no option but to give your uncles their share...
