Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have question related to builder society in Noida(UP)
Isnt it compulsory for builder to transfer the land in the name of RWA/Society,
If Builder does not , in what way in future it can hinder the flat ownsers interest in future
Also, would you advise to but a flat in such society ( there is no problem in getting the flat registered in the owners name in the society)
Thanks in advance for the advise

in case the transfer is not effected in favour of society, no need to buy the same.
